For various reason it is beneficial to give clients the ability to redistribute their calories between meals.
For example, what if a client intentionally or unintentionally overeats or undereats at a given meal?
Do this…
If a client intentionally or unintentionally over-eats or under-eats at given meal then they can make up for it in one of the other meals and control the damage.
